We love the Lighthouse Lounge for oh so many reasons: The PBR stage, the great vibe, happy people, amazing staff, and sound mixed by Paddy. Also, we’ll be inside and not in the snow like a couple weeks ago. (But, honestly, we like that, too.) So, we hope you’ll join in the musical celebration at this fantastic Ogden venue this Saturday, February 11th, 9PM – Midnight. 21+, $5 cover.

back on stage

It’s been a minute, but we’re heading back out onto the stage! We’re really looking forward to playing at the Gandy Dancer in Ogden for the first time this Saturday night, January 14, from 6 – 8 PM. The show is free for all ages, supplemented by hot dogs, soup, and ice cream. Great bistro seating up front, or big comfy chairs to hang out in the back.

Also, this is the public debut of real CDs of our new EP, Videos of Us in Handcuffs. We’ll sign them! Or not. Whatever you want.

Well, that was fun.

On Friday night, good people from all over paid $5 to get in the door; they stayed and listened to music; they bought a few of our freshly pressed CDs; they clapped and sometimes whistled and even danced; and we all got to play music we love. The very welcoming Lighthouse folks worked the sound, heated up Caryn’s water for tea, and brought us beverages from whatever tap we requested. I can’t think of a better way to spend an evening.

We’re already looking forward to returning to Lighthouse on February 1.

It’s here!!!

Happy birthday to our album! As of today, December 6, it is live on streaming services, downloadable, and arriving as an old fashioned CD! Take a look at our music page and visit the liner notes to get a preview.

And it turns out that tonight we’ll celebrate with a gig at Lighthouse Lounge (~9:00 – Midnight, 21+, $5 cover) here in Ogden. We’ll bring CDs as well as our live selves.

So, it turns out that we play Lighthouse Lounge in Ogden on Friday, December 6th. This is exciting for us for so many reasons: fun stage, good crowd, great setting, etc.

But it also turns out that December 6th is the day when (surprise!) our full length album comes out on all streaming services.

And, the delivery date for our real hold-in-your-hand-and-marvel-upon-its-significance CD is December 6th, too!

(We’ll host streaming links on our music page when they’re up, and I’m sure we’ll post an update here, too. Because we’re really excited, proud, and just generally tickled with the prospect of all this.)

So, it will be a release party. And we’ll play a couple of holiday tunes. And other things. We’re excited.
