We love the welcoming vibe, the hot soup, cold ice cream, and inventive hot dogs. Good seats up front at the bistro tables and relaxed lounging in the back on comfy couches and chairs. Hope to see you there as we run through at least an hour of standards as we work on some stuff for Jazz at the Station next month, followed by an hour of the stuff we bend into our own jazz-adjacent style. And anything else that catches our whimsy in the mix of it all.

We’re returning to Huntsville this weekend, back at the Compass Rose Lodge! Saturday, February 25th, 4-7PM. We’ll be outside amongst the snowdrifts, but there will be fire pits, warm drinks, good food, and fun music to ward off frostbite. And, unlike last time we were there, the weather looks to be clear from what we can tell of weather predictions.

Really, we love it up there in the mountain setting, apres ski vibe, and outdoor acoustics.
